Riding With the Sun II
Updated: Jan 19, 2022
Important: Below are celebrity examples of their Sun signs in relation to their birthday month's ruling planet(s). In Astrology the strongest aspect is the conjunction as it represents a combining or union of the planets in question. Therefore for each element group, this specific aspect is used for perspective purposes. It is important to understand this is merely a "snapshot" as there are many other aspect dynamics and interpretations to consider when truly analyzing someone's birthdate (birth chart).
The Sun's Road Trip through
The Fire Signs
Aries ♈ (March 20 - April 19)
Leo ♌ (July 23 - August 22)
Sagittarius ♐ (November 22 - December 21)
The Sun's element is fire and with Aries, Leo and Sagittarius we find the Sun at his purest and most comfortable form. Mars rules Aries, Jupiter rules Sagittarius and the Sun rules Leo.. This is the fire family and out of all the other groups - this is the one that wants you to know what it is that they are excited about - constantly. Therefore when he is traveling through these signs - the planets Mars and Jupiter become the closest relatives at that time to the Sun resulting in a marked influence of their energies throughout the duration of the road-trip..
For the individuals who are Sun Aries, Leo, and Sagittarius because the Sun is in his natural state...one word becomes key to their overall success in life - control. These people achieve their goals the more they realize their "intuition" is literally linked to the element of fire. Fire is uncontrollable by nature (wildfire), but when controlled can become profoundly more effective (lighter, flame thrower, furnace) This is a trip filled with all kinds of dramatic ups and downs, excitement, physical activity, impulse, competition, and arguments that are as explosive as a volcano. At best these blowups will be over as quickly as they started.
At worst, angry fire can launch a streak of destruction until the fire literally feels like it has been consumed. This character strength and weakness tends to confuse the other element groups because more thought or calculation is involved. The fire signs know this and actually play on it. In fact, Aries, Leo, and Sagittarius may give off the air that they are not thinking in the moment, but its a smokescreen. These individuals thoughts and feelings are moving at such an intense and rapid speed; it is but all most impossible for them to contain their impulses, unless they have matured, and or other elements are strong in the native. Many fights and battles have been started by fire signs - and won. Like it or not, the realm of competition and rising to the occasion (fire) falls under this planetary influence. The more fire or these planets are pronounced in a person's birth chart, fire truly becomes the core of their personality.
Fire in natural behavior does not retreat - it only progresses. Talk to any fire sign person about the times they were confident to move forward, and the times they were not; and you will see they're lives takes this reality much worse then the other groups. They were born to push forward with confidence and conviction, and when they do not...life can be surprisingly negative. As a result these Sun signs are tapped into the idea of overcoming and are usually closely tapped into their physical senses and defenses. Both Mars and Jupiter excel in sports and all sorts of physical/challenging activities. These two have had some amazing times over the years producing memorable road trips with incredible results. Below is a list of people when Mars and Jupiter were in conjunction (combined):

When the Sun passes through the Earth signs, he has remembered his previous trips...by now he doesn't just want to visit...he feels compelled to stay.
The Suns Road Trip through
The Earth Signs
Taurus ♉ (April 20 - May 20)
Virgo ♍ (August 23 - September 22)
Capricorn ♑ (December 22 - January 19)
This time around the Sun is still just as excited and ambitious for another extraordinary journey. However this time he remembers his fiery beginnings...filled with good and memories from the previous trips. He embraces all that he has come to love and hate from his first experience, and has realized he doesn't just want to visit; he might just stay. Here with the Sun in Taurus, Virgo, and Capricorn the Sun has gained some experienced and is ready to apply his expertise in his new found interests. After all, it was his experience through his travels, through his senses, all that he has stored in his memory of his favorite place that has transformed his energy from fire to solid rock and earth. The Earth signs embody the essence of the Earth, and as a rule this is their physical domain.
History is incredibly smothered in the literal social, political, and physical contributions of Sun in Taurus, Virgo, and Capricorn individuals. We can find some of our greatest minds (Dr. Stephen Hawking, Capricorn), Competitors (Joe Louis, Taurus) and Teachers (Mother Teresa, Virgo). The Sun in the Earth signs is deliberate, smooth, lasting, determined, and shows an aura of maturity in a way that mirrors the Sun's reaction to returning to his favorite place (Earth). The Achilles heel to all of the Earth signs is true to the nature of their element - stubbornness. Although Taurus gets the rep for being resistant, both Capricorn and Virgo can work up many different schemes both personal and social to keep their specific viewpoint intact. Watch them. Notice when Virgo and Capricorn are confronted with change that they do not approve of - and like magic the bull arises. Being so tapped into the senses can manifest in a variety of ways.
Positively Earth signs can find success in everything from the arts to the agriculture and business worlds. At worst these signs can be some of the most difficult, argumentative, and resistant types convinced that the world needs to remember old fashioned, conservative, and tried and true ways. Unless influenced otherwise, the average Taurus, Virgo, and Capricorn are not that crazy about change...they have a habit of developing habitual patterns of thinking and feeling that can last for decades. This is because they tend to see their intimate world as something to physically dealt with, and analyzed. It is when these grounded individuals tap into their feeling nature, thus activating the other dormant elements within themselves, to either build or destroy whatever they set their concentration on. Mercury, Venus and Saturn are the rulers of these individuals, and when these three have come together with the Sun during road trips, the results have been nothing short of natural, sensual, and timeless.
Below is a list of Notables when Mercury, Venus, and Saturn were in conjunction (combined):
Theoretical physicist, Albert Einstein (Mercury, Venus, Saturn in Aries)
Explorer, Scientist Jacques-Yves Cousteau (Mercury, Venus, Saturn in Taurus)
