Full Moon Flow
Full Moon Horoscope | Yoga Flow | Deep Relaxation
Full Moon Flow is an astrology forecast & yoga practice that celebrates the Full Moon each month! This class will begin with an astrological overview of this lunation. Then we will do a yoga practice that is inspired by the signs, symbols, and body parts associated with astrology. We will finish with practice with final relaxation. This yoga class is beginner friendly and ALL ARE WELCOME!

The Astro Discussion is a monthly class designed to provide interesting insight and facts all about the zodiac signs, planets and astrology! Each class will be centered around a topic in which we will unpack and explore through various resources like books, websites, videos & more! This class will also include time for Q&A, so feel free to bring your questions! Astro Discussion is all about deepening the mind with astrology and proving that there is so much more to the stars than just sun signs and horoscopes!

New Moon Meditation
New Moon Horoscope | Setting Intentions | Meditation
New Moon Meditation is a monthly meditation & reflection class that focuses on the energy of the New Moon each month. New Moons are naturally a time to go within yourselves and reflect on your past and create intentions for your future. Your astrologer & meditation teacher, CapriCora, will guide us through an astrology overview of the new moon, guided reflection questions and journaling prompts, and a mindfulness-based meditation practice.

Monthly Reflection | Community Check-In | Month Ahead Horoscope
The Monthly Horoscope Check-Ins are an opportunity to join with other astrology learners and practitioners and reflect on the previous month. Your astrologer, CapriCora, will help guide us through a review of some of the major astrological transits that occurred in the last month and share our own individual experiences, as well as any collective shifts or world events! We will also preview of the astrology for the next month and share any personal goals and intentions we may have.

Solstice Reset
Yin Yoga | Pranayama | Yoga Nidra
The Summer Solstice (6/20/25) is the moment where the northern hemisphere on Earth is completely tilted towards the Sun, aligning with the tropic of Cancer. This is the perfect time to tap into deep restorative practices, as daylight now begins to decrease day by day. This class will start with a slow & mindful yin yoga practice including deep stretches and restorative poses. Then, we will practice Pranayama (breathing practice) to prepare us for a deep, relaxing yoga nidra. "Nidra" means "sleep" and this practice is as restorative for the brain & body as 4-8 hours of sleep! A perfect way to tap into the comfort & relaxing vibes of Cancer Season!
